At Ellington Chicago, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
